Baffin is Hot!!!! Fishing in Baffin is excellent with lots of big Trout coming on plastics and suspending baits of every color. Even Topwater bites can be had on the warmer mornings. The water Temp. is holding steady between 68 and 72 degrees triggering the fish to feed. NO BROWN TIDE is evident anywhere in the bay system. The word is out and people are coming in from everywhere to fish. Weekends are especially crowded, so have patience and be courteous. Some Redfish are showing up on shorelines and can be sightcasted to with Bull Minnows, but with the Trout action being what it is, few are really fishing for Redfish.
